Helianthemum hirtum (L.) Mill., it is a subshrub plant up to 10-20 (30)cm tall. Grayish leaves, quite narrow and provided with stipules. Inflorescence generally very shaggy, hairy with numerous spreading hairs. Fairly large flowers, always yellow and marked with an orange spot on the tab.  Life Form: Ch,   Flowering in: Apr-Jul,   Vern:——————,   Phytochoria: MED,  The native range of this species is SW. Europe.  Notes: Wild in Libya.
