Crassula alata (Viv.) A.Berger ,   it is an annuals with erect stems to 5 cm long, little branched; leaves linear-lanceolate to linear, 1.5-3 x 0.5-0.8 mm,  green to reddish-brown. Inflorescence 1, with sessile dichasia in the axils of leaf-like bracts, pedicels absent, flowers 3-merous, calyx lobes oblong-lanceolate, 1.5-2 mm long, fleshy, green to red. corolla cup-shaped, off-white often tinged red; lobes triangular, 0.7-1 mm long, usually cuspidate, erect; nectary scales oblong-cuneate to almost square, rounded, slightly broadened at the apex, membranous, pale-yellow; ovaries almost conical, at first gradually later abruptly constricted into short styles, with 2 ovules. Africa and Arabian Peninsula.  Notes: Wild in Libya.
