Crotalaria thebaica (Delile) DC., it is a shrubby up to 30 cm (rarely more), villous with brownish hairs, ± stiffly branched. Leaves oblong-lanceolate, ovate to suborbicular, 4-8 mm, sessile, densely hairy on both sides, often undulate and reflexed at the apex, somewhat thickish and late deciduous. Flowers axillary, yellow-purplish, c. 5 mm. distant, few on terminal or axillary subspicate racemes. Pods 5-8 (-10) mm long, ohlong to suborbicular, sessile. Densely pubescent, 2-3-seeded. Life Form: Ch, Flowering in: Sept-Nov, Vern: ———–, Phytochoria: SZ, The native range of this species is Egypt to N. Chad, Arabian Peninsula. Notes: Wild in Libya.
