Erodium glaucophyllum (L.) L’Hér., it is a perennial plant, dense rosette of triangular leaves, slightly jagged, of a green-gray, glaucous colorm erect floral stems which bear pale purple flowers Sepals 5-nerved.  Long fruits of 6 to 12 cm, Mericarps with 2-3 transverse grooves at the top, Beak plumose on dehiscence.  Life Form: H,   Flowering in: Nov-Apr,   Vern: Dahma,   Phytochoria: SA+IT, The native range of this species is N. Mauritania, Sudan (Jebel Marra), N. Africa to Iran.  Notes: Wild in Libya.
