Cistus creticus L. / Infraspecifics:  Cistus incanus ssp. creticus ,  it ia a shrub plant, 0.3−1 m tall. Leaves ovate, oblong-obovate or sub orbicular, 1−6 × 0.5−2 cm, broadly petiolate, green above. the cymes terminal, laxly 1−6-flowered. Flowers pink, 3−5(−6) cm across. Style as long as the stamens. Capsules densely adpressed-pilose. Life Form: Ch,   Flowering in: Feb-May,   Vern:———-,   Phytochoria: MED, The native range of this species is Central & E. Medit.  Notes: Wild in Libya.
