Euphorbia sulcata Lens ex Loisel., it is a small annual plant up to 3-10 cm, glabrous, with erect or lying-ascending stems. Leaves very close together or imbricate, small, oblong in corners, truncate or emarginate-mucronate, or the upper ones obtuse. Umbel small, with 2-4 short rays. Bracts acute ovate-lanceolate. Crescent glands. Capsule with very open furrows, with obtusely keeled shells and finely roughened on the back. Seeds ovoid-hexagonal, truncated, whitish, with 6 deep and continuous longitudinal furrows, wattled.
