Geranium robertianum L.,  it is an annual or biennial herb, polymorphic plant, hairy-glandular, often reddish, with a fetid odor. Stems 10 to 50 cm, fragile. Leaves triangular-pentagonal, palmatized, with 3 to 5 petiolulate and pinnatifid segments. Flowers bright pink. 2-2.5 cm across, biflorous peduncles, longer than the leaf. Sepals erect, constricted at the top, mucronate, hairy-glandular, not wrinkled crosswise. Entire petals, twice as long as the calyx, with a very long and glabrous tab. Stamens with glabrous filaments, with red anthers. Mericarps 2.5-3 mm long. separating without styles beak, with 2 distinct transverse ridges above, and reticulately weakly ridged below, hairy on ridges to glabrescent, beak 12-19 mm long (including style), glabrous. Seed ± ellipsoid, c. 2 mm long, smooth, reddish-brown.  Life Form: Th,   Flowering in: Mar-Apr,   Vern:—————-,   Phytochoria: Cosm, The native range of this species is Temp. Northern Hemisphere, Macaronesia, N. Africa to Ethiopia.    Notes: Wild in Libya.
