Indigofera sessiliflora DC., it is an annual to biennal, small, richly branched herb, with stiff and canescent white branches. appressedly hairy with mcdifixed hairs. Leaves imparipinnately (1-) 3-7- foriolate, petiolate, leanets (3-) 4-10 x (2.5-) 3-4.5 mm. oblanceolate or elliplie, obtusc,pubescent on both sides. Stipules linear, small, pubescent. Flowers minute, sessile, in axillary clusters, the red corolla not or hardly exceeding the calyx. Calyx 3-4.5 mm long, with conspicuous, linear teeth, pubescent. Pods 6-12 mm long, linear-oblong, torulose, pubescent, 3-6-seeded. Life Form: Th, Flowering in:————- Vern:————-, Phytochoria: SS+SZ, The native range of this species is Sahara to NW. India.
