Petrosedum sediforme (Jacq.) Grulich / Homotypic Synonyms:  Sedum sediforme (Jacq.) Pau ,   it is a succulent plants, creeping,  which are spirally foliated with sessile, cylindrical, somewhat flattened, pointed at the top, 1-1.5 cm long, pale green, sometimes pinkish, distinctly gray frosted leaves. Flowering stems are ascending, 25–50 cm high, sparsely leafy; stem leaves are yellowish, also frosted, somewhat narrowed to the base, extending into a spur, dry up during flowering and gradually fall off, so that the stem is eventually covered with scars from fallen leaves. Inflorescences form a circle or a plume of multi-flowered marigolds, the buds are straight, ovoid before flowering. The flowers are isomerically 6–7 numerous, have a fleshy, green calyx, the petals are star-shaped after the flower, lanceolate, very bright, yellow-white, the stamens are in 2 complete circles, the gynoecium forms free carpels.  Life Form: Ch, Su,   Flowering in: Mar-Jul,   Vern:————,   Phytochoria: MED, The native range of this species is Medit.  Notes: Wild in Libya.
