Silene behen L., it is an annual herb up to 20-50 cm, with flowers arranged in dicasios, the calyx, with ten nerves, is glabrous, with anastomosing nerves and truncated at the base. The petals, whitish or pale pink, have a slightly exserted blade., Life Form: Th,   Flowering in: Mar-May,   Vern:———,   Phytochoria: MED, The native range of this species is Macaronesia, Medit.  Notes: Wild in Libya.
