Stachys rosea (Desf.) Boiss., it is a perennial tomentose herb, finely adpressedly canescent. Stem erect, branched, tetragonous, 20-30 cm tall. Leaves not very distant, 12.6-21 x 8.5-10 mm, elliptic oblong, serrate, acute. Flowers sub sessile, axillary. Bracts 2, lanceolate. Calyx dilated, 5-toothed, ovate, acute, equal and blunt. Corolla pale rosy, pubescent, tube equaling the calyx. Upper lip arched obtuse, entire. Lower lip, obtuse, trilobed, middle lobe dilated at apex, lateral retuse, much broader than the lateral ones. Stamens included in the tube. Nullets, obovoid, smooth, 2 x 1.5 mm.  Life Form: Ch,   Flowering in: Mar-Jul,   Vern:————–,   Phytochoria: Endemic, The native range of this species is NE. Libya.   Notes: Wild in Libya, endemic in Al-Gabal Al-Akhder area, Endangered Plant in Libya.
