Hippocrepis ciliata Willd., it is an annual herb, erect-ascending, glabrous. Leaves with 4-6 pairs of leaflets, leaflets linear, emarginate, stipules with glands. Pauciflorous inflorescences on peduncles of 1.5-4.5 cm. Calyx 1.5-2.5 mm, campanulate, with triangular teeth approximately the same size as the tube, the upper ones shorter than the banner claw, glabrous or only ciliate on the margins of the teeth. Corolla 3-4.5 mm, yellow. Pods 2.5-3.5 mm wide, slightly curved or almost annular, with sinuses that overlap or touch, narrow, with open joints in the concave area.  Life Form: Th,   Flowering in: Feb-Apr,   Vern:————–,   Phytochoria: MED, The native range of this species is Medit.    Notes: Wild in Libya.
