Linaria albifrons (Sm.) Spreng., it is an annual, (5-) 6-15 (-25) cm, glaucescenl with 1-several, simple or branched stem. Leaves oblong-lanceolate to elliptic, acute-subacute, upper opposite. in lower parts ternate, 10-30 (2-) 3-8 mm. Raceme nearly capitate, few flowered, becoming lax in fruit. Flowers whitish or bluish with a yellow blotch al the throat; bracts linear, 5-7 mm long; pedicel much shorter than the calyx. Calyx lobes linear-oblong, glabrous, obtuse, increasing in fruit. Corolla 6-8 mm long; spur linear, almost straight 2-3 (-4) mm long. Capsule large, oblong, 5-7 mm. glabrous, almost equaling to calyx lobes. Seeds many, minute, obtusely angular, scorbiculate.  Life Form: Th,   Flowering in:————–,   Vern:————–,   Phytochoria: SA, The native range of this species is Tunisia to W. & S. Iran and Arabian Peninsula.  Notes: Wild in Libya.
