Astragalus boeticus L., it is an annual herb with erect, ascending and even prostrate stems. Long leaves (–13 cm) very populated with leaflets (–13 pairs). Peduncles straight, smaller than the axillary leaf. Small flowers, with a pale yellow, almost white corolla. Almost seated fruits, with a triangular section, topped by a recurved peak. Seeds are square to rectangular, very compressed (c. 3.5-5.4 x 2.7-3.2 x 1.8-2 mm), with a concavity at the height of the thread. Surface of the testa smooth, matte, pale ocher in color.  Life Form: Th,   Flowering in: Jan-Mar,   Vern: Grambushia,   Phytochoria: MED, The native range of this species is Macaronesia, Medit. to Iran.   Notes: Wild in Libya.
