Convolvulus oleifolius Desr. , it is a perennial plant, densely  erect or spreading branched  up to 10-50 cm, partly woody in the lower parts. Leaves filiform to linear, attenuate at base, herbaceous and scarcely widened at the extreme base. Flowers in terminal  heads, peduncles absent or very short, usually hidden. Sepals lanceolate to broadly ovate, cuspidate or acuminate. Corolla 15-25 mm, usually pink or whitish. Capsule shorter than calyx when ripe. Life Form: Ch,   Flowering in: Feb-Jun,   Vern:———-,   Phytochoria: MED, The native range of this species is Malta to E. Medit.   Notes: Wild in Libya, on limestone rocks, tilled soil and sea cliffs up to 300 m.
