Convolvulus tricolor L. , it is an annual herb, up to 15-30 (-60) cm tall. Stem thick, angular, brown-pubescent. Leaves sessile, 24-44 mm long, obovate to oblanceolate, obtuse to subacute, glabrous to sparsely hairy on the upper surface, brown-villous on the lower. Flowers solitary, axillary, bracteate, bracts linear, brown-villous. Sepals 6-8 mm long, patent-villous, constricted about the middle, the upper portion ovate to lanceolate, acute, green, the lower convex colorless. Corolla  20 mm long, the limb blue, throat yellow, margined with white, villous on the folds outside but the tube glabrous. Ovary pubescent. Capsule pubescent. Life Form: Th,   Flowering in: Mar-Jul,   Vern:————,   Phytochoria: ES+MED, The native range of this species is Macaronesia, W. & Central Medit. to Mauritania.  Notes: Wild in Libya, usually grows in dry open habitat up to 900 m.
