Helianthemum stipulatum (Forssk.) C.Chr.  it is a subshrub, the stems stellate-tomentose. Leaves, linear to elliptic or ovate, acute or apiculate, with ± revolute margins, tomentose above, more densely so beneath. Flowers, yellow. Fruits / pods, capsule 4–5 mm long. Seeds 1–1.2 mm long. Life Form: Ch,   Flowering in: Mar-Jul,   Vern:———-,   Phytochoria: SA, The native range of this species is S. Greece to S. Türkiye, Iraq, N. Africa to N. Somalia and S. Arabian Peninsula.   Notes: Wild in Libya, a species of maritime sands, and seems rare or under collected.???
