Linaria laxiflora Desf. /  Homotypic Synonyms: Antirrhinum laxiflorum (Desf.) Willd. // Synonym(s) Homotypic: Linaria laxiflora Desf. ssp. laxiflora, it is a glabrous annual with decumbent or erect branches, 10-20 cm long, leaves glaucous, linear or linerar-lanceolate, lower whorled or subquaternate, upper alternate, acute-sub acute, 10-30 (-35) x (-1) 1.5-4 (-5) mm, sessile, entire. Racemes lax, flowers long pedicellate, violet with yellow lip; pedicel increasing up to 15 mm in fruit. Bracts linear-lanceolate, deflexed, 2-4 mm long. Calyx lacinae ovato lanceolate, entire, acute, glabrous, 4-6 x 1.5-2 mm, slightly aecrescent in fruit. Corolla 18-23 mm long, lobes of the upper lip somewhat divergent, lower lip somewhat shorter, 3-lobed: spur 10- 19 mm long, erect, acute; style 1, with thick stigma. Capsule almost equaling the calyx, glabrous, rounded, 4-5 mm, subdidymous. Seeds many, pale-brown, angled, or minutely winged, crescent triangular, less than 1 mm long, strongly ruminate.  Life Form: Th,   Flowering in:—————,   Vern:—————-,   Phytochoria: SA, The native range of this species is NW.
