Vicia sicula (Raf.) Guss., it is a perennial plant, glabrous  up to 80 cm long, Leaves without a terminal tendril, leaflets 1-3 pairs. 20-S0 x 1-3 mm, linear, acute. The racemes exceeding the subtending leaves. 15-25-flowered. Flowers 15-20 mm long, pale-purple. Calyx, teeth unequal, shorter than tube, Pods 25-50 x 4-10 mm, glabrous, yellow, 4-8-seeded.  Life Form: Ch,   Flowering in: Mar-Apr,   Vern:—————,   Phytochoria: MED, The native range of this species is S. Italy, Sicilia, N. Africa.    Notes: Wild in Libya.
