Sedum litoreum Guss. ,  it is a succulent annual, stem up to 4-15 cm, simple or with erect branches. Leaves 10-20 mm, alternate, obovate-spathulate, flattish, shortly spurred. Flowers 5-merous, subsessile, in long, lax cymes. Petals 2.5-4 mm, equalling or slightly exceeding the sepals, lanceolate, acute to acuminate, pale yellow. Stamens 5, rarely 10. Follicles erecto-patent, styles short.  Life Form: Th,   Flowering in: Apr-May,   Vern:———–,   Phytochoria: MED, The native range of this species is Central & E. Medit.  Notes: Wild in Libya, rare species of coastal sands.
