Sedum rubens L. it is a succulent annual plant up to 5-15 cm, with purple, branched and glandular at the top, the stem subtetragonal. Leaves alternate, half-cylindrical, obtuse, up to 1-1.5 cm long, 2 mm wide. Multiflorous inflorescence. Sepals 5, 1-1.5 mm long, acute. Petals 5, pinkish white, acuminate, 3-4 times longer than the sepals, with purple midrib, Stamens 5.  Life Form: Th,   Flowering in: Mar-Apr,   Vern:——————,   Phytochoria: ES+MED+IT, The native range of this species is Canary Islands, Europe to Medit. and Iran, W. Eritrea.  Notes: Wild in Libya.
