Spergularia diandra (Guss.) Heldr., it is an annual or biennial herb. Stem branching from the base, slender, 6-25 cm, ascending, glabrous or sparsely pubescent, sometimes glandular. Leaves 5-20 x 0.5 to subulate, glabrous, usually without axillary leaf fascicles. Stipules scarious, triangular, not prominent. Life Form: Th,   Flowering in: Feb-Jun,   Vern:————,   Phytochoria: MED+IT+ES, The native range of this species is Canary Islands, Medit. to SW. Siberia and N. China.    Notes: Wild in Libya.
