Hippocrepis multisiliquosa L., it is an annual plant 10-30 cm, glabrescent, with slender roots. leaves with 3-5 pairs of leaflets, yellow flowers, small, pendulous, 2-5 on peduncles almost as long as the leaf, upper lip of the calyx with divaricate teeth, tabbed petals protruding from the calyx. Pods 2-5, 2-3 cm long by 3-4 mm, spreading or reflexed, almost always bristly-glandular and reddish, hollowed on the edge of orbicular notches almost completely closed, with 5-8 sections.. Life Form: Th,   Flowering in: Feb-Mar,   Vern:———,   Phytochoria: MED+SA, The native range of this species is Macaronesia, Medit. to Mauritania, Arabian Peninsula.     Notes: Wild in Libya.
