Sulla spinosissima (L.) B.H.Choi / Homotypic Synonyms: Hedysarum spinosissimum L.,  it is an annual herb up to 15-35 cm.  Leaflets (2-) 4-8 pairs, 5-12 x 2-5 mm, elliptical or oblong, sub glabrous or pubescent. Racemes 2- to 10-flowered. Calyx 4-6 mm, sparsely pubescent, the teeth as long as or longer than the tube; corolla 8-11 mm, white to pale pinkish purple, 1.5-2 times as long as calyx. Pods with 2-4 spinulose and pubescent segments.  Life Form: Th,   Flowering in: Feb-Mar,   Vern:———,   Phytochoria: MED, The native range of this species is Medit.     Notes: Wild in Libya.
